I received yesterday an email letter of thanks to the Society from Debbie Parrella, and thought you may want to post it to the website. It appears below.  George S. Shammas  - O&WRHS President

    Dear Ontario & Western Historical Society, I know it has been over three years since I lost my husband, James.  I can not believe how quickly the time has gone, but yet it feels as though I have been standing still.  The past two years have been very hard on me emotionally, but that is no excuse for taking so long to write you this sincere thank you.  Every time I have sat down and begun to write, I have just fallen to pieces.  I truly apologize in the delay of this letter.
 
    Catherine and I thank you so much for your thoughtful and generous gift during one of the hardest times in our lives.  Your support in our time of need was greatly appreciated.
 
Please forgive me for my negligence with this letter.
